Para auxiliar na circulação dos veículos que trafegam pela SC-401 no sentido das praias, o Governo do Estado, por meio da secretaria de Estado da Infraestrutura e Mobilidade, está restringindo a circulação de veículos pesados durante a temporada de verão.
A restrição de tráfego na rodovia vale para veículos com PBTC (Peso Bruto Total Combinado) acima de 23 toneladas, exceto ônibus e microônibus. A sinalização indicando a restrição já foi instalada na SC-401 e a restrição passa a valer a partir desta sexta-feira.
O trecho em que os veículos não podem circular inicia no km 19 próximo ao cemitério do bairro Itacorubi e se estende até o km 16 próximo ao Cemitério Jardim da Paz. A restrição acontece no sentido centro-bairro.
Horários: das 7h às 11h e das 16h às 20h.
Além disso, a SIE colocou um guincho que vai permanecer na SC-401 durante toda a temporada de verão. Essa é uma medida adotada pela SIE para atender mais rápido em casos de sinistros de trânsito ou problemas mecânicos.
