Os patinetes elétricos voltam a circular em breve em Florianópolis. Nos últimos dias, o Superintendente de Mobilidade Urbana e Transporte da Prefeitura, Valci Brasil e até o prefeito da capital, Topazio Neto, testaram os aparelhos (veja abaixo).
Ao “ND+“, o CEO da empresa Whoosh disse que os patinetes devem começar a circular na cidade a partir de 23 de maio.
Inicialmente 1.000 equipamentos devem ser disponibilizados em 200 pontos da Ilha e do Continente.
Para utilizar os patinetes, os usuários devem baixar o aplicativo da Whoosh, cadastrar o cartão de débito ou crédito e liberar o patinete para a viagem. Ao final, o equipamento deverá ser deixado em um dos pontos virtuais indicados pelo GPS.
O custo inicial é de R$ 3,50 e o valor por minuto diminui ao longo do trajeto, de R$ 0,70 para R$ 0,60.
Uma das últimas empresas que operou patinetes em Florianópolis foi a Grin. As operações iniciaram em dezembro de 2018 e foram encerradas pela empresa em janeiro de 2020. Na época, a Grin disse que estava passando por um processo de restauração.
